Help Us Rename Our Flagship Careers Event

By June 7, 2017Events

If you know anything at all about Jobbio, you’ll know that we’re spreading like wildfire (without the painful destruction).

As you can expect, we’re quickly outgrowing lots of things; our old Dublin office, our first WeWork office and now the name of our flagship careers event in London.

We’re no longer enamoured by the name EXPAND and so we’ve made the bold decision to go back to the drawing board.

The Event Formerly Known As EXPAND London has grown rapidly over the past year. Since it’s conception in early 2016, we’ve hosted more than 60 speakers and connected 150 companies with 5000 of the finest Talent on Jobbio.

We’ve gained insights from Shazam, Riot Games, Airbnb, TransferWise, Slack, Houzz and countless others. Our companies have met extraordinary hires and rubbed shoulders with a growing community of like-minded professionals. It’s something we’re pretty proud of.

Because you, our creative Jobbio community, have been such an integral part of the event’s success, we thought it would be only fitting to allow you to choose the new name.

The brief? Think big. Be fearless. Embrace your creativity.

Not only will you revel in the glory of seeing your chosen moniker in big lights (metaphorically speaking), you’ll also win a glorious weekend away to one of Europe’s most exciting cities*. (Think of the Insta opps!)

We’re accepting name suggestions until midnight June 13th and there is no limit to the number of times you can enter.

*Terms and conditions apply.

1. We will cover flights to any European city as well as accommodation for the weekend (Friday to Sunday), up to a value of £1k.
2. Choose to book for one person or split it with a friend.
3. Winner will be selected and contacted by the Jobbio team. You must respond in the time indicated to claim the prize.
4. Flights and accommodation must be booked within the following timeframe: June 30th 2017 to June 14th 2018.
