This rainy day seems appropriate. Like most of us, my heart is heavy and my mind exasperated by the recent terror attacks. I want to stay in bed, cuddle my dogs and eat biscuits. But I did that yesterday. Today is a new day and with my baby kicking inside me, I’m choosing a gentle, but more productive and positive option, getting into my kitchen and creating nurturing, healthy food (that may include a few more biscuits!), listening to happy music and feeling grateful for all I have. Sending love to you all ❤️
