By February 12, 2019For Talent

At Jobbio, we want to champion the businesses that actually care about employee wellness and company culture (not just flashy perks).

So, we have launched our Work Happy 100 Awards. Here is everything you need to know about this very exciting new award series.

What are the awards all about?

In association with independentjobs.ie, Work Happy 100 will celebrate the companies dedicated to achieving workplace happiness. We want to highlight the great businesses that are going above and beyond for their employees.

When will the awards take place?

Jobbio is an official partner of the Dublin Tech Summit. We will be holding the prestigious awards ceremony on the main stage of the RDS during the event.

Who can enter?

Anyone! We’re encouraging employees to nominate their past or present companies. Simply submit your nominee (plus your reason for nominating) here.

How will the competition be judged?

We have an expert panel of judges ready to choose the winners based on the following criteria.

1. Development
What does the nominated company offer in terms of upskilling opportunities? How do they set their employees up for success?

2. Rewards
How does the company reward their teams? How do they motivate their employees in a personalised and human way?

3. Culture
What policies do they have in place to help promote transparency, flexibility and impactful communication? More importantly, do these policies align with employee sentiment?

What is the prize?

We’re glad you asked. The overall Work Happy 100 winner will get a Jobbio package worth €25,000. Plus if your company is picked you’ll win €1,000 for yourself, not too shabby!

So, what are you waiting for? Nominate a company today and you could win big.
