Growth Lead, Orange Pegs. 

Orange Pegs seeks an experienced, motivated growth hacker and leader interested in strategic program management, and hands-on analysis and experimentation to drive exponential growth and culture change for their clients. They have a growth model that is rapidly scaling in the market and need a client-facing project and team/talent manager to lead strategy and execution on multiple new engagements.

The Growth Lead is a part-time freelance/consulting opportunity — for now. This person will be expected to oversee and preserve aspects of the Orange Pegs growth hacking model, work closely in a growth leadership role with clients, manage any growth hackers and marketing contributors assigned to projects, and work closely with other project leads. You will report directly to the Vice President of Growth.

Director of Marketing, June Homes. 

June Homes is hiring a Director of Marketing for their Marketplace business. This individual will be responsible for managing thousands of listings across real estate marketplace platforms like CraigsList, Streeteasy, and Roomi, as well as managing the full marketing funnel for converting marketplace leads into tours – initiatives like promotions, CRM, and communications with our sales team. The Director of Marketing – Marketplace will report to the CMO and can be based at the company HQ in NYC or remotely. 

B2B SaaS Product Marketer, CloudSponge. 

CloudSponge is currently seeking to fill a full-time product marketing role. The ideal candidate has some experience with B2B SaaS product marketing and is comfortable using (and growing) their personal brand in forums, groups, and Q&A sites. 

One of your perpetual tasks will be to stay tuned into Twitter hashtags, Facebook and LinkedIn groups, Quora topics, and StackOverflow tags to make sure that people who need our product know about it. SEO and SEM just aren’t enough nowadays, you have to get out there and insert yourself into the conversations that are happening and share the solutions that people need.

Head of Growth Marketing, Summer.

Summer is seeking a growth marketing expert to drive user growth via direct-to-consumer channels. As the second hire on Summer’s marketing team, you will have the opportunity to become a key leader in their marketing efforts. Working closely with the Product Marketing Manager and Chief Operations Officer, you will develop and implement Summer’s customer acquisition strategies.

Recommended skills and expertise you will need for this role includes 7+ years experience in leading growth marketing initiatives, including at a tech startup, and understanding of marketing needs for complex digital products and a track record of delivering user acquisition via digital channels, including SEO.

Growth Leader (Acquisition), Cleer. 

Cleer is looking for a talented growth leader who can define and lead the organisation’s digital customer acquisition strategy, primarily via Viral Loops, Referral Programs, UGC (User Generated Content), CGC (Company Generated Content), but also other channels (third party affiliates), as recommended to deliver business goals.

In this role you will be responsible for implementing Growth Hacking strategies to gain new customers using different kind of tools, managing, optimising and measuring the performance of different kind of workflows while also creating all marketing plans, initiatives, timetables, and following them through to implementation.
