However, there is now a bit of hope, as companies begin to bounce back. And that means that there are places actively hiring once again (which we’re super excited about!).

With that, I wanted to put a spotlight on some really great companies that are hiring within the growth marketing space at the moment.

Central 23 are on a mission to make today more fun than yesterday! They do this through creating the most fun for their customers by continually improving their product, exposure and experience with their unique and crazy attention to detail. 

Central 23 has been in business since 2016. From a modest start of a single greeting card sale to Urban Outfitters, they now sell their products to over 4000 stores around the world! 

They are currently hiring for a Head Of E-Commerce and Digital Marketing (basically a Growth Hacker), to help implement and optimise a direct to consumer e-commerce strategy. They’re looking for someone with a strong background in marketing and e-commerce.

The Head of Growth Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing a growth strategy, encompassing both customer acquisition and retention marketing. You will help build and drive efficiency and effectiveness of the customer funnel by setting the roadmap and through constant testing.

The successful candidate will run growth experiments with educated assumptions and measure success. They want someone who will do data analysis, not just be active on social media.
