By May 12, 2020Trending

It’s really important to pay attention to your mental health right now.

I think we can all agree that life is very weird and unsettling at the moment. All of a sudden, we find ourselves isolated from social interaction, and the people we love the most. And while it is a necessary evil right now to help save lives, it is in no way easy or comfortable.

As people, we are inherently social creatures, so the current circumstances are no doubt taking their toll on people’s mental health. Trust me, you’re not alone, we’re all struggling.

However, please don’t ignore these feelings of being fed up, sad or anxious. Instead, try and find a resource that can help you manage and maintain your mental health in the best way possible.

There are loads of brilliant podcasts that you can access, that cover all topics relating to mental health and wellbeing. So if you’re feeling concerned or worried, why not make yourself a cup of tea (or pour yourself a glass of vino) and sit back and listen to one of these great listens.
